Basic function:
The operator uses the fixture to seal the air return port and the exhaust port of the workpiece, then put the workpiece in the vacuum chamber, connect the workpiece fixture interface with the quick connector in the vacuum chamber, after the vacuum chamber door is closed, the system can be fully automatic complete the whole procedures of gross leak and boost detection, evacuation, helium filling, fine leak detection, helium recovery, etc., with fast production cycle and high leak detection accuracy.
