Appliance Performance Test Lab Ceiling Fan Air Performance Test Chamber
Standard:
GB13380 AC electric fans and regulators annex B
GB 12021.9 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for AC electric fans
IEC 60879 Comfort fans and regulators for household and similar purposes- Methods for measuring performance clause 5.2, figure 1 and figure 2
Application:
The ceiling fan air performance test chamber meets the requirements of GB/T13380-2007 standard for air flow rate test. It has a reasonable design, high degree of automation, easy to use, and durable. It is made of steel plate with a thickness of at least 30mm, which is load-bearing and resistant. Strong vibration ability; Appliance Performance Test Lab
Test sample range:
900mm ~ 1600mm ceiling fan
Feature:
The system adopts computer control, which can display the air velocity value of each test point, the average air velocity and point air volume of each ring, and can automatically generate the test results and process curves and print them out.
The air velocity is measured on the four half-diagonal lines in the test screen, and measured from the diagonal center (located on the vertical line passing through the center of the blade), and then points to each point in increments of 80mm Continue until the calculated average air velocity drops below the standard requirements.
The device can adjust the size of the ring and control the lifting of the ceiling fan.
The anemometer should use imported anemometer.
The system should be equipped with a multi-function power meter that can measure voltage, current (true rms), and power, and a 500VA variable frequency power supply.
Test Chamber:
The fan should be tested in a test chamber having the following dimensions: length 4500mm, width 4500mm, height 3000mm.
Length | 4500mm |
Width | 4500mm |
Height | 3000mm |
The above dimensions shall have a tolerance of ±15mm
