The 0.02 Torr Refrigerant Filling and Sealing Welding System for Automatic Brazing Equipment is an advanced and highly integrated automation solution. It streamlines the refrigerant filling and sealing process by combining multiple crucial functions.
During operation, it commences with a strict leak-tightness test on the workpiece to guarantee no leaks, laying a solid foundation for subsequent steps. Then, through its precise measurement and control systems, it injects the appropriate amount of refrigerant (R245FA) into the workpiece. The filling quantity can range from 5g to 40g normally, with a maximum of 2000g, and an accuracy of ±0.3g. After filling, the system automatically performs flattening and trimming operations to shape the workpiece for welding. In the welding phase, it utilizes advanced argon arc welding technology. By precisely controlling parameters like welding time, current, and gas flow rate, it achieves high-quality and consistent welds. The welding position can be adjusted according to the workpiece's specific shape and dimensions to ensure a tight seal. Intelligent detection devices are also incorporated to monitor the welding process continuously, ensuring welding quality stability. Moreover, the system's workstation positioning plate can be adjusted in height and position, enabling it to adapt to products of different lengths and sizes, thus enhancing versatility and production efficiency.
